Returns & Exchanges
Return Policy
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
- To initiate a return, email us at support@fitgods.store with your order number and reason for return.
Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery for size or product issues.
- The item must be in its original, unused condition.
- To request an exchange, contact us at support@fitgods.store with your order number and the item you'd like to exchange for.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery.
- Items without original tags or packaging.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5–7 business days.
