We offer reliable shipping options across India. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking tracking details will typically become active within 24 hours of dispatch. You can track your package directly through our carrier's portal using the provided link.

4. Damaged, Lost, or Missing Packages

Fitgods is committed to ensuring your products reach you safely:

If you receive your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and contact us immediately at raosanjay2607@gmail.com.
Please include your order number and a photograph of the damaged product so we can expedite a replacement or refund for you.

5. Incorrect Address & Delivery Issues

We are not responsible for unfulfilled deliveries if the shipping address provided at checkout was incorrect or incomplete. Please double-check your shipping details before finalizing your purchase. If you notice an error, contact us immediately; however, updates cannot be made once the package has been handed over to the courier.
